ABSOLUTE TRAGEDY! I ordered an item for €250, not for 25 cents, 1 month and a half in advance, just so I can avoid any shipping issues. Money was withdrawn immediately. I got a broken link to the FedEx's website, which didn't show any progress on the status of the delivery. Contacted customer service to inform them of the lack of progress via e-mail. The response came back a couple of days later than the announced 3-workday response period, informing me that I should keep an eye on the link and if there is no progress in the next 10 working days to contact them again. Needless to dsay there was no progress. I e-mailed them again to ask for an update. No response was received, hence I sent another reminder and decided to start calling them on the announced phone number. I waited in a queue to be connected with one of their representatives for HOURS. They were "kind enough" to finally pick up the phone and told me that they will open a case with FedEx and call me back the same day. This obviously didn't happen. I called AGAIN, after losing another couple of WORKING hours and when they finally decided to pick up I was informed that there is no dispute opened, but the employee will open a dispute with high priority with FedEx and will call me 10000000000000% by the end of the next day. While waiting for a call I decided to contact FedEx. They had no clue that an order had been placed with them, nor a dispute or a high priority one. They didn't even recognise the link which I had been given to their platform, nor could they find the package by the supposed shipping number. As you can already conclude I didn't receive the promised callback bu Brandfield. I wrote anither big e-mail, informing them once again of the whole situation and the findings I made with FedEx - no reply to this day. On the following day I called once again, waited on hold for a long while until I was informed that the package is apparently lost and I can either order it once again, or request a refund. As I saw that they still have the chosen item in stock I asked for the support lady to re-send the order. After putting me on hold for about 5 minutes she told me that they don't have it, although I could clearly see what their website said. I didn't have any other option and I requested a refund. They couldn't give me an estimate time of arrival of the refund, giving me a time frame of 5-10 working days. The support lade was VERY ARROGANT and despite all the drama they caused and the lack of time for me to order the same item, which was a Christmas present, from another website she laughed and asked of there is anything else she could help me with.
Would NOT recommend Brandfield to anyone for anything they could offer. INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT and HIGHLY PASSIVE with regards to THEIR mistakes.
